Helen Y. Peng is the founder and chairman of Haiyuan Law Office. She received her Master's Degree in Economics from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Helen is also professor at the Beijing Research Association of Intellectual Property, She is undertaking the position as a Director of the 3 rd September Party Beijing Committee Economic Board.
She has brought to success for over 200 arbitration cases and dispute cases and
merge & acquisition cases as well as company stock listing, float shares cases, etc. Her litigation cases has been collected in Treasury Classical case,which is belonged to Chinese Supreme People's Court.
